I think the photos are enough to describe the problem. Apart from that what's the point of concern is when I called there customer support service and ask for a replacement. The reaction was pathetic and they were not even bothered. I believe that show the poor quality and worthlessness of being called as a brand. Plz avoid this brand. I was using there products from last two years but after this incident, it's a clear NO GO for anything they produce.
