I have purchased this product many times and have it on a regular basis as it is good for health because of its Omega 3 content.This big bottle with 500 capsules is more value for money/ reasonably priced than the small 100 capsules one, so i would highly recommend it (costed me Rs. 650). It is much cheaper than the other brands available in the market.They are easy to swallow because of its capsule form and without having to bear the fishy taste.
