I found a yummy, healthy and saving-the-protein-from-denaturation method to eat Protinex Vanilla Delight... Simply mix 2 spoonfuls on a large bowl of curd after your workout and enjoy... It transforms into a Dessert! I love Protinex Vanilla Delight. I will use it on days I workout! Also, I had to think of this way of consuming Protinex as I am lactose intolerant and can't consume milk.

My wife who is having similar protein sourced from chemist, grocery stores etc, but this one is not at all test like protein powder. Have consistency like custud and taste very bad, had to through it and buy another one from local store.
