Many people wanna know about the taste before buying so I'm kind of going to explain it to you?? I've been having it with water and not milk for weight loss purposes so when you have it with water only it tastes like any chocolate drink but very very watery. Like imagine if you'd mix a very light chocolate flavored bournvita kind of a powder with water, how would that taste? It would taste like chocolate but very watery. So thats all about the taste, it doesn't have any sugar so its not sweet but it doesn't taste bad.

Well I'm using it since 2 days only.. so I can't tell how it works as of now But I can comment on few things Taste is good and palatable I didn't get any digestive problems or other side effects Everybody complaining that it's not getting mixed... But it's easily getting mixed... Especially with water If u wana try with milk, try with cold milk... It's tasting good... I'm mixing little jaggery powder in it As of now no complaints, it's good

If you wanna lose weight this is the best product you can buy. I tried this product for 15 days and I have lost 4 kgs with some exercise, diet and obviously Oziva protein and herbs. I m having this proties since last 3 years it's good for women but I m facing some plastic like smell since last 2 purchase and this time so pathetic smell I feel like vomit while having.. either packaging quality decreased or something else I don't know but it's unbearable this time.... Advantages

I like the composition a lot. It does help with muscle building (although the major part for it is whey). Also it contains the highest gram of protein per scoop. Added benefit of herbs for women.
