The item was delivered in a completely unacceptable state. The seal is good, however, the entire label is torn and scratched, including the expiry date.And when I tried getting it replaced, the Your Orders section says that the item cannot be returned or refunded.Sad. This is my first negative review. The product has forced me to not look at the bright side.

Seems to be duplicate, as unlike any other organic India product this one did not have the safety seal, the inner cover and neither was the bottle sealed.Unfortunately there is no return policy for the product, not sure what I can do... might reach out to customer care.
