I am using this almost 1 year now ..so I think I am the right person to write the review...Come to dosage ..I take one pill at breakfast and one at dinner..and I am not a owl kind of person i sleep immediately one or two hour after dinner..so it works well...And now come to result.."Skin" i have good complexion as I can see in mirror..but after consuming it ..it gives a radiant glow on cheeks and a happiness all time ...."Health" initially somedays I used get little pain during muscle stretching and exercise and pains also ..but after consuming it ..the pain gradually decreases with time ..."Brain" I am a student and a reader too love to reading books ...so before days when I used to read .. focusing problem and eye strain was there... I don't have chasma but still eye strain i used to get......but now almost one month after yeh initial days consuming it .. "magically my eye strain was vanished and no problem I was facing while reading something"....So I am now providing this neuherbs omega 3 to all my family members..and all are healthy...But remember one thing.. every body differs...mostly teenagers should avoid it ... Best after 19 and upto 100

I mainly took this to reduce my excess triglycerides. I took only one pill a day rather than the suggested 2 pills. After a month I did another test and surprisingly the "excess" triglycerides have been reduced by 60%. I didn't change my diet nor did I took any other medication. I did regular exercise. So I believe it's effective over Triglycerides and would recommend people to take the 2 pills per day as suggested incase you have a very high triglycerides.But it didn't have any effect on my total cholesterol levels. Specifically it didn't reduce my LDL nor increased my HDL. Both were static as compared to previous test which were taken before consuming Neuherbs Fish Oil.Others Pros: Easy to Swallow, No Bad Breath not any burps
