This is a lovely product that neuherbs are providing us with as I can feel the difference. I have been taking these multivitamins and omega 3 fish oil from a couple of weeks. I feel a little bit better now. Tbh it takes time at least 2 months to feel the result of natural products but this showed result in mere 15 days. I guess this is my 16th day today and I can already feel that the pain that I used to have in one of my knee is completely gone. I am 27 yrs old. I used to have a little bit of pain in my left knee after an injury and because of weakness which is completely gone now. Although it gives you a burp of fish smell but that is completely normal as the capsule releases its oil in the stomach. It's understandable cuz it's like eating something and having a burp of it once. For the strength it gives its quite a little puny price to pay. I recommed it. Try it once.
