I bought this product upon recommendation by my senior to improve my focus and concentration....i started using this for my concentration difficulties along with my anti depressants , surprisingly i noticed along with better concentration levels , my joint pains which were there for past 6years also improved.so i understood the importance of having these supplements regularly, as it ultimately made me feel healthier and active.Now i ordered two more bottles .And yes i had fish burps after taking these capsules but i didn't stop i kept on taking them to see the benefits and i understood that if we take them along with food i didn't notice those fishy burps and it was confirmed by some one from neu herbs support team that it should be taken immediately after food to avoid fishyburps which may have been apparently due to improper mixing of fish oil with of body water we have..if taken with food it avoids gut problems due to these fish oil indigestion therby fihsy burps too...other than o didn't notice any other difficulties or cons with the product
