Advantages

This protein powder is ideal for vegans and those who are lactose intolerant. It is the best protein powder in this price range with highest protein content - even more than whey proteins that are much more expensive. It will froth when consumed with only water but I have found it goes amazingly with bananas and plant milks. I add a scoop of cocoa powder for extra flavour. Absolute value for money.

Disadvantages

The problem is not with MFF, their products are good. The issue is with the soy protein itself. It might have other health benefits, and maybe good for the casual gym goer. However for anyone focussed on hypertrophy and taking sets 1-2 RIR, will need something to replenish. This simply doesn't do the job. Take whey or albumin.

I got this product at morning time and I consumed it after my last workout at evening. This is my first taste experience of soy protein I didnt enjoy although it has as all essentials amino acids as well as protein content & bcaa. It became very thick with water I put a banana for flavor it wasnt that bad. From last 3 months Ive been doing vegan practice thats why I choose this product. Lets see how itll work, Ill definitely post genuinely after 15 days regarding physical results.

Disadvantages

Really bad product full of froth everytime you try to mix it. Will bloat your stomach. Half of every scoop turns into froth which wont settle. And yeah Ive being working out since last 11 years so not an amateur user.
