The protein is there. I am seeing relieve in my body pain and my muscles are improving in size. Its also reducing my hunger.However there are cons, its issue with pea protein itself and not with the brand:1. Taste is not good. Flavored Whey tastes like creamy milkshake this tastes nothing like that. Its taste very bland and poor. I think this could be brands faults for not knowing how to add flavour.2. Sucks in taste(aata type) , worst in mix ability, horrible bloating n gas!!!!Get this only if u want to have gastric ulcers in the future….Btw u would increase my check amount in the future ( hospital bills )…. So get dis n make me rich!!!!
