Disadvantages

Horrible taste. Really horrible. I thought I could mix it with whey or add it to a smoothie, but it just didnt work out. It tastes crap. I tried to consume it for 5 days straight. On 5th day I got severe cramps and vomiting in my stomach. Wont recommend.
