I bought coffee caramel flavor. Overall it is a good product. Came in good packaging and the delivery was on time. I find it a little extra sweet (I am assuming because I ordered caramel) but I would recommend this to others.

Well everybody should read this comment before analysing whether its good or bad What makes protein good are few things. First and foremost : 1. The quality of protein - the raw materials are imported from us , uk and canada from companies like Davisco, Glanbia. These companies are world wide supplier of grass fed cattle. They supply to ons, myprotein and other brands too. Hence its reall good. 2. The protein companies generally losses its credibility when they use middle man like distributors, wholesalers who actually are responsible for mixing and stuff. Thankfully they eliminated them and directly send items from their manufacturing department packed and sealed (same as myprotein india) 3. Transparency - best part is no other company claims it openly about transparency which this company is doing. Many other companies are too but they dont claim openly. 4. Lab reports - i have asked for the lab reports. When i get it ill share my info. Also countries like uk / germany have highest quality check and control which FSSAI doesnt. Hence that doesnt count, this is where they lack. A quality check from uk based companies perhaps(which again might increase the price) 5. Amino acid profiling easily available on piuch itself. They have what they claim. When we talk about just whey protein other added side ingredients like enzymes, vitamins minerals doesnt count. It is good that they have but instead of those had it been "creatine" in some versions that would be good enough. Mind it "FOAM IS NATURAL". Thats key point to identify quality protein. 6. Mixebility - its concentrate hence generally few clums are okay. But they yave dry and as is basis combo the mixability it 9/10 Taste - chocolate delight is 9.5/10. .5 deduction just coj some other companies have better. 7. Digestibility - 10/10. I dont feel bloated. But this depends on how much are you lactose intolerant. This is concentrate hence has lactose. Some might say bad digestion but that is coj of your body and not protein or company. 8. Finally when it comes to "effectiveness" when it is highly subjective, hence not a good way to test or judge protein. Effectiveness depends upon your overall diet. It is just a "Supplement" not "Meal replacement". 9. Yes it has carbs because its concentrate. You can go for varients if you dont want carbs. Besides carbs are good source of energy. Dont be afraid of carbs unless you are fighting some compitetion. Even they take carb from different sources. Ill ask this company if they can permit for a regular walk in to check how they are manufacturing this and if i can visit casually. ?? peace
