I have been into fitness for years and have used almost all brands BCAA, I was tempted with the 10:1:1 Ratio and brought this, here is my observation. 1. Taste: Pathetic! Tasteless, god know why there is even a mention of flavor on the packing it is a chemical tasting compound and not flavored BCAA 2. Packing: definitely not value for money when you see the price you get tempted but take a look at the pictures I uploaded its a tiny box with half filled. 3. Results: has no difference on you using BCAA or without, i used for a week and find it not close to 2:1:1 forget this being 10:1:1, clearly its a gimmick! Conclusion: if you plan throwing some money on the road and not picking it back, you might aswell buy this.

One of the worst BCAAs out there for the following reasons 1. Extremely bad artificial taste. 2. Acidity inducing. Which health supplement does that ? 3. After all this, hoped for some good after effects. But all in vain. Going to throw the whole thing. If you want to play with your health, please buy it!!!
