Hi... It's been close to 50 days and the tablets are still in shape, that's because i didn't remove the silica gel packet, please don't take it out and reap the benefits of your multivitamins. ?? I saw this important tip in a youtube video made by manish pushkar.And coming to how it works... these are the changes that were significant to me... Specially the eyesight which is why i bought this bottle in the first place.???My vision got better... I had(still have,but not as bad) nearsightedness i.e, i couldn't see objects at a distance clearly and that worried me a lot. But now I'm able to... not perfectly but there's definitely a noteworthy change.?New hair on the scalp. Many have written about hair growth in the reviews.?And stronger nails.And probably there are many internal changes as well which can't be seen.Hope this review helped you guys... And don't worry about the cracking of tablets...just leave the silica gel in.

It helped me gain more stamina for running within a week. I can run for 5k now, earlier even 3k wasn't possible. But one side effect is that after taking it for 4 days, it gives some drowsiness feeling for entire day. I thought I would be alert after taking it, but not quite so. However it may be helpful for people building muscles, but not for people requiring intellectual work. This effect is on me, I am not sure about others. They have to try it to see it themselves.
