While searching for a multivitamin online, I came across this line of muscleblaze . The number of reviews and positive feedback from customers really had me excited to try them. They were definitely high quality vitamins and I felt like I was getting some benefit from them. Like with most things, there is strong evidence that vitamins both work and don't work. I am a skeptic of all supplements, but do believe that our bodies absorb a certain amount of vitamins when we take them to supplement our diet.These vitamins provided me with a certain sense of well being that I had not felt with competing products to date. Just the look of the pills themselves appear to be more natural and holistic -- which definitely plays a part in your perception of them. I think the one benefit is that I did feel like I was thinking more clearly and I definitely had more energy while taking them. But, my urine was particularly yellow -- indicating that some of all that goodness was (and always is) inevitably peed out.

Been having it for many months absolutely love it. Helps me keep my health in check while going through various diets and workout regimes. Because normally a high protein only diet can sometimes rob you of other essential nutrients. I've tried a few other multivitamins as well and to be honest this is the only one I felt truly healthy after having. I used to have boldfit but I had more muscle cramps n stuff while using those. After switching back to this one I never really had any cramps ever. Thanks muscle blaze for this quality product. Only con I have is that sometimes it's hard to swallow a big tablet that develops a chemical taste if it stays in mouth too long, rest everything is perfect. Would prefer a sweet tablet like we find in some pre-workout tablets. Kudos!
