Honestly speaking I was a bit confused before purchasing with so many negative reviews about expiry and stuff. But to my surprise my package turned out well. I received the product of manufacturing Dec-2019 and since expiry is after 18 months. It would be expired around June 2021. But I use 1 tablet a day and should be use it well before time of expiry. Coming it looks like a normal tablet. It was not breaking like the reviews suggested. So I'd say the quality was on par. I use this along with the fish tablet daily. Where I use 1 tablet of this and 2 fish tablets. I don't feel much different after having using for past 3 days. I thought I felt a bit energetic on the first day then it slowly felt Normal from day 2 onward ??

It helped me gain more stamina for running within a week. I can run for 5k now, earlier even 3k wasn't possible. But one side effect is that after taking it for 4 days, it gives some drowsiness feeling for entire day. I thought I would be alert after taking it, but not quite so. However it may be helpful for people building muscles, but not for people requiring intellectual work. This effect is on me, I am not sure about others. They have to try it to see it themselves.

Lot's of things in one tablet, though it's size is somewhat big, for some people it might be a problem but not for me. Couldn't find any other supplement with more Qty. per serving of minerals and vitamins. So I think it's the best. Also, they have changed the design of the tablet with normal elliptical rounded shape like other tablets of big pharmaceutical brands. So I didn't get any chipped tablets like others have attached. Hope you're experience is same as mine.
