I am using it from 4 months and i like the product very much. The taste of the product is amazing. It feels like drinking a juice. Till now i feel there are no side effects. Just remember drink enough water around 4-5 litres of water to flush it out. Hence recommend

Very good product. I actually liked the flavour. The taste is not so bad. It takes its time to show results. After the usage of two weeks we can feel the difference. We can lift more weights. I would recommend to use it before workout. And also take a whey protein after the workout. It will give results.

I really loved the flavour. Remember creatine doesnt dissolve 100%. There would be some tiny amount left at the bottom so make sure to shake the last sip and then consume. I took 5gms per day and it took me about a month to reach saturation. Strength gains post that!! Tip : consume creatine with a source of protein and cut down in caffeine as much as possible.

i have started it taking 2 weeks ago....no loading phase, just started with the normal 3gm dosage and i m feeling some extra strenght inside me, though hardly i have seen any increase in weight( maybe due to the skipping of loading phase).....i will again write my review after having full one month course. Update:- i stopped taking creatine as it didn't gave me the desired result but 2 months back i thought about giving it an another try and holy shit! this time it actually worked wonderfully i can literally feel that my muscles got bigger tho its all water weight but still the swole feel is really nice, i started with the normal dose of 3gm/day and i must say its really effective i just finished one container and ordered another one and seeing the results i decided to continue taking creatine until forever XD

Check my other product reviews. I will not grudge the power of creatine powders and this one delivers what's promised. My only quandary is why is this priced so high (double than others)? Just because of the branding of CreaPRO? Creatine is one of the cheapest products in the entire market. I've used both - this as well as brands at half the price of this one and found no difference in the outcomes. ???????
