Would have loved to use it again but after tasting it for a complete week, my suggestion is that you should avoid taking this. Heavy synthetic flavour. I used it in my shaker bottle for intra-workout, the smell didn't go away for a week. I washed my bottle thoroughly, still i can smell it. Imagine what it must be doing to the intestine. Big NO to this one. Thought of helping an Indian Company and promoting our own indian brand (I'm a health and wellness Coach). But this needs a lot of work in tuning the flavour, strength etc. Don't buy this one.

First thing first packaging is superb, the container box is very tough and is very tightly sealed from the top . Now coming to taste and color,color is green and taste is awesome it will give you mint and green Apple flavor taste . 1 scoop is enough pre workout and will give you high energy any time during the day, taste is damm good you will like any time during the day .

So I had been using muscle Xp BCAA, orange flavour and it tasted really good and refreshing. I love pineapples so thought of trying this one and the taste is really disappointing. It tastes like over ripe pineapple and not fresh or refreshing. It’s hard to comment on results instantly.
