High concentration of beta alanine can give you a tingling sensation, but it's harmless and it is actually helping to have a longer workout session. Not a crazy high dosage of caffeine, which I prefer. I would like to see a higher dosage of citrulline malate in it though. Overall, it's a good preworkout formula.

Another flavour that I disliked. Tasted like medicine cola. It’s does make body warm and gives energy. But body feel puckish. Need to breathe may be . However blue razor flavour suited me the best.

* Avoid this product at all cost .*Cheap licensed product by tweaking ingredients, you know how easy it is to get a license in India ? I am sure you are aware of it .* Every review is paid as they lure you in by giving you a freebies .*All these fitness brands or influencers will not be there to pay your healthcare bill.* Think about it , average market price for pre workout is 1900 to 2500 INR for 400 gm . And these giving it in 1100 INR . Costing itself would be somewhere around 700 or less than that .*Not only they tweak the ingredients in the product but also the weight is compromised by adding fillers and sand . Test it out with coffee filter , you will know it .PS: take care of your health , ultimate goal is to get in the best self of yourself not end up in hospital bed with some allergic reaction or worse longtime sickness . This review is not from an influencer or professional competitor but Itake bodybuilding seriously as a hobby .

I was not sure if this will even do anything much but to my surprise even after 2 hour workout . I was energetic even with half scoop. This doesn't give an uncomfortable kick at all. Quite smooth with very good price.

I am a beginner at gymming and I would start off by saying that this product is the best you can get for your bucks.I noticed the effect from the very first day itself; got insane pumps and I could lift heavier and had insane stamina from the first day itself.Getting insane vascularity too after using F9 for two weeks.Flavour is really good, going to try newer flavours too.F9 is damn rocket fuel, you gotta take this to believe this.You might experience slight tingling around ears and other body parts immediately after taking this, adjust your dose in that case. One scoop works fine for me and gives that invincible feeling but I tried one and a half scoop once and instantly regretted it, guys this is a very potent preworkout. Use it wisely and feel that beast getting unleashed.Kudos to muscle asylum team for this product. Hoping to see more additions in their nutraceutical range.
