I have tried a lot of pre-workout and being price conscious, I usually buy one below 1000. In that price range ,Muscleblaze is the best. And this is probably the least effective of all the ones I tried. The other cheap ones at least gave that itchy concentration. This one gave it only on the first day and thereafter, I couldn't feel it anymore. There's no effect in either the pump or in the performance. Overall, it was a waste of money. For concentration, I would give a 1 star out of 5, and no stars for pump and no stars for performance.

It's very nice product, But if you are beginner take half a scoop because it has beta alanine you Will feel little bit tingling in your body. This is a potent pre workout. Not very heavy on the caffeine but the beta alanine is extremely effective. However, for some people, the beta alanine may be too strong and it may result in one's face feeling flushed and intense tingling all over. Otherwise this product is very good providing energy through out the workout.

This is a sim-based pre-workout - mind blowing in all its traits- though it says take it half an hour before workout(they are also right in their place) what i like is to take it during my warm-up( coz I simply love the feeling of it to start working bit by bit as my heart starts starts to pump blood at an increased rate) - I've tried the half an hour before method too - but IMO it just gives you everything at once, coz of which some of my 'pre' is being used up in my warm-ups - which I don't like(this is just my opinion - my feelings of this pre workout - try your own way to find out more).The flavor of it is quite good( being a 80's kid love the cola flavour - think whatever u wanna think ;) ) even after not washing the shaker for 2 days in a row - the shaker didn't smell bad rather it smelled lyk a Poppins cola candy.Cons-The only 2 reasons I gave it a 4 star are :-(I) - - the effect of niacin in it lasts only for 1- 1.5 hrs( don't knw whether this happens to me coz I'm a big guy or in general) - anyone else would like to elaborate on it is highly welcome.& like other pre-workouts this doesn't leave u flushed or all drained out... Though u'll sweat lyk a m***** f***** - but post workout all you need is 1- 2.5 ltrs of normal water with a quality food to replenish your glycogen store & u'll be good as waking up after a good night sleep-- this will not help in recovery in anyway, that's why quality food.(II) - - it's slightly over priced I mean 2000 for 50, it's lyk Rs40 per serving... But i guess good things comes for a price.Note:- do not exceed 1.5 scoop per day or u won't be able to workout properly.

It is a good product, for beginners its best to use just half a scoop as anything more than that causes redness, irritation and burning feeling. The flavour is great as well. As long as you take half a scoop you should be okay

I really like the product, it's good value for money.The flavor is really good... Dissolves quickly and no bad after taste at all.I have been training intensly since almost 20years now have taken many supplements and pre workouts from a lot of different manafacturersThis pre workout is good... Love the tate and does the job. so far have only been taking half scoop to get my body used to the supplement... And even with half a scoop can feel the pre workout take over and over come any mental of body fatigue...It does enable you to push yourself for an intense workout.However as every one's body is different and every supplement will work a little different with ones self...I suggest you first start with half a scoop to get your body accustomed to the supplement and then you can increase your intake..... Please make sure you drink a lot of water so the supplement can be fully digested.If you decide on buying this pre workout you would not be disappointed at all
