I have mixed reviews about this product. First things first, as many other reviews have stated, this is not for beginners or first timers. This is very potent, half a scoop creates that tingling sensation. Full scoop creates a burning sensation in the ear, face and chest area. Dont take a full scoop. It does give you the extra energy and the momentum to push through a tough workout but I found the results inconsistent and rather unpredictable. Some days were great, other days the burning sensation was too much. I have not been lifting heavy (no gym) so I can't comment more. I will take for a few more days to see if I can get used to it. Otherwise I will go back to GAT/Musclepharm.Other things - They give you free samples of multiple other products along with it and a discount coupon if you right a review for them. I hope they also take into account the feedback and improve on the product.

It's very nice product, But if you are beginner take half a scoop because it has beta alanine you Will feel little bit tingling in your body. This is a potent pre workout. Not very heavy on the caffeine but the beta alanine is extremely effective. However, for some people, the beta alanine may be too strong and it may result in one's face feeling flushed and intense tingling all over. Otherwise this product is very good providing energy through out the workout.

Superb pre-workout experience so far. It surely gives the required boost to the energy level. It feels smooth without causing any itching and gives strength as well as you will not get tired until 2 hours of a hard workout. Value for money and best-tasting fruit punch flavor.

The product gives you a boost which ive seldom seen with other preworkouts including C4. The Fruit Punch flavour is easily mixed in water and easy to drink as well. Would totally recommend especially for the price. Total value for money, just dont take a whole scoop on your first time or you will be tingling like Spiderman.

I've been using same pre-workout for around 3 months now.. i bought 3 for 1200 rupees as usually it is for 2000 rupees.. i used to get beta alanine itch and effect of pre-workout within 15 minutes.. out of the 3 of this product i bought, 2 of them have no effect on me.. even after taking 3 scoops that's over 9 grams of beta alanine i dont feel any itching... I feel like it's severely underdosed now, and i don't feel like buying this same pre-workout again as i basically wasted 2400 rupees on a bad pre-workout and i don't want to waste more money to buy products that can't live up to my expectations..

A pre-workout which tastes really good and does what it says. Although keep in mind it hits differently for different people due to difference in caffeine tolerance. I recommend you cycle off of it for a month for every 2-3 months when you consume it. Overall amazing for the price.
