Natural thing and also you can check that whether the product is trusted genuine or not i personally prefer as i have used many products but many of the products are not also genuine and you cannot check them also. Been through a few different brands of preworkout and writing this review after a few uses of the product.Pros:-The product is heavy on the beta alanine which can cause alarming tingles if you're new to pre-workouts, work out the dose that works for you and it's great.- It's rather light on caffeine compared to other stim based pre-workouts, making it better for short term stimulant without ruining sleep for evening workouts.- The taste is pretty great. I got the Blue Razz which is better than most pre-workouts I've tried so far.- Not too expensive for the quantity you getCons:- No creatine, most pre workouts including a maintenance dose of creatine. Not necessarily a big problem for me personally, but i guess it had to be said.- The crash in my limited use was quite strong. It's great for me as someone who works out in the evening, but I'd recommend experimenting with your own personal use and schedule.The above review was written after 3 uses with 1.5 scoop doses. Packaging recommends not to take more than 2 scoops a day and I'd strongly suggest the same.

Advantages

I was not sure if this will even do anything much but to my surprise even after 2 hour workout . I was energetic even with half scoop. This doesn't give an uncomfortable kick at all. Quite smooth with very good price.
