I was not sure if this will even do anything much but to my surprise even after 2 hour workout . I was energetic even with half scoop. This doesn't give an uncomfortable kick at all. Quite smooth with very good price.

If your workout regimes are extreme and rigorous than no point buying this product... F9 Pre-Workout is very good for beginners who want to experiment or start off with pre-workouts in their workout routine...

Not bad atoll. It does it's work & not like other brands, which are totally ineffective. This will give you a sense of boost & help in your performance. Will suggest to keep it in the fridge after breaking the seal.

I've been using same pre-workout for around 3 months now.. i bought 3 for 1200 rupees as usually it is for 2000 rupees.. i used to get beta alanine itch and effect of pre-workout within 15 minutes.. out of the 3 of this product i bought, 2 of them have no effect on me.. even after taking 3 scoops that's over 9 grams of beta alanine i dont feel any itching... I feel like it's severely underdosed now, and i don't feel like buying this same pre-workout again as i basically wasted 2400 rupees on a bad pre-workout and i don't want to waste more money to buy products that can't live up to my expectations..
