No idea if it did any good to my kid, but she definitely liked the taste of it. It felt to her like any other jelly candy. However, over a period of a week or so she developed stuffy throat and wheezing. All is back to normal after we stopped giving this… So i dunno, what went wrong but…tried this cycle twice with the same outcome… Maybe it had something which didn’t suit my kid…didn’t see any major change in the 3-4 weeks that my kid consumed it…

It is always best to compare this with the best in the market such as Lil Critters Gummy Vites which is the best in the US market. And in comparison, it scores poorly. It is very sugary even though it says 1.5g. The gummies aren't rounded, dry, smooth, and gelly like those in Lil Critters Gummy Vites. Overall poor choice and won't be buying them again.
