The taste of these gummies is very good. It's definitely easy to swallow. I've just received it today and have already had two of em. I'll update my review as the weeks go by and if I see any significant changes. Update after use of 15 days: I've been using these gummuee for almost half a month and I think it's liable to say that I haven't felt any changes in my overall body health. Like no energy boost whatsoever and it claims to boost brain health, yet I get headaches time to time. So I don't know if it's actually beneficial or not.
