It's tastys good if you chew it...I have combined it with another brand of oil(induleka) application daily during it's course so I'm not sure which one is actually working but I don't care as long as the job is done.... hair did improve a lot.... The fall has been reduced drastically....growth too seems to quiet fast as well...I don't see any thing about filling the gaps between the hair but other than that it's impressive change
