It also helps in controlling cholesterol and helps in weight management too.It contains high fiber and it is so filling that it reduces the excess calorie consumption which we crave from other foods.It covers almost all vitamins like A,D,E,K, C,B1, B2, B6,B12, also calcium,iron, zinc selenium, copper, magnesium, chromium.I have been consuming from few days and i really feel the difference i feel so energetic, I sleep properly, my concentration has improved, and most importantly i have started feeling healthy from within.
