First, it is much more sweetness. Used a packet for 10 days but not felt any health benefits. Over priced. Not soluble in mild or hot milk properly after stirring well. Half of quantity used is clotted in mild milk

Best product for diabetes/ diabetic patient.This Health plus drink is excellent for a diabetic person and can also be used as a pre diabetic drink. Being a diabetic patient is hereditary in my family. So, I was also very conscious about my health. I workout daily and run for 4Km. I started feeling less energetic as I entered my 30s.
