Though the product appears to be of Papaya Leaf extract when i tried to taste it was not bitter as i remember taking Carica Papaya tables during low platelets and i remember how strong it was and this tablet can even be chewed and even the image on the box reflects of Papaya and NOT the leaves so i doubt its not purely Papaya leaves.
