It is generally ok but more expensive than others out there. Also, they should release 180/21 mk 240 packers as 60 tabs will easily get over in 15 days for 2 people twice a day.

I chose this product because of the similar bacterial types and population with the one l was using in my country which had immediate effects on my gut issue. However this has no effect at all, l don’t know what l am ingesting. When l drink Kombucha instead of this pill, it has immediate effect. Also beware that it contains zinc and you can’t take it more than once or twice otherwise you can have zinc toxicity.
