It is fine if you take it as a side supplement, it is not good for taste, as we know it is made from soy, it is not good for taste, you can mix it in flour and make bread and eat it.Easy of digestion 5 out of 5Mixability 5 out of 5Quality 5 out 3.6

I certainly don't dislike anything, these are the things I observed1. Little hint of soy in taste and smell2. High protein content in that price is worth3. Can work for you if you don't consider taste and texture that much4. Does not taste bad, it taste bland with no flavour and slight soy taste nothing else5. I add 1 spoon in kitchen glass and add water mix with spoon and drink. Nothing bad experience

Advantages

Very good source of protein at this price. Does not dissolve in water no matter how much you shake or stir, but you can take it with hot milk easily dissolve with little stir. For additional taste if you want, you can add honey or chocolate powder. I personally take it with milk and 1 spoon honey.

Frist time I 2 years There is a rotten smell in the product. When you start drinking it comes a very strong rotten taste and fades a bit later.Disappointed. Otherwise the product usually is very good.
