Be aware though that it can make you gassy as it has calcium carbonate, so those with sensitive stomachs need to keep this in mind. This is ideal if you do not work out or work out every so often and are vegan/vegetarian. It will help you fulfil the deficit of vitamin B complex and other such essential amino acids in your diet(but not all as it's not protein powder). I bought it for Rs 349 so a good deal at this price point. You can move to better and more expensive options after trying this out.
