Hi folks do read the review. So this is basically reviewed after 3-4 months of continuous usage of 1 tablet each day/night Yeah someday I might have forgotten it but didn't mattered much. But, I would say that it really has some effects like you seem more energetic nails grow faster you are no longer lethargic. Usage: PLEASE DO NOT JUST DEPEND ON THESE TABLETS (this is not a medical advice) 01- Eat after a heavy diet only 02- If you work a boring job and are busy Eat two tablets 03 if you are young and have time to hit the gym or workout still eat two tablets and then workout 04- they are red colour or maroon and are bitter so gulp it with warm water 05 - yes they cause gas , so keep that in mind I will discontinue then and will try something else ?? good night ??

I have been using Multivitamins as a supplement to my diet for the last three years. It has become a staple for my active lifestyle and helped me maintain my health. Needless to say, I have tried many product brands, but HK Vitals has stood out as a clear winner. There are many reasons why I chose HK Vitals over others. First, each serving contains more vitamins and minerals than all other competitors, which means more bang for your buck. Second, some products might cause digestive issues and skin irritation and meddle with your sleep cycle. I experienced no such thing when using this product. On the contrary, it aided my sleep because of Zinc and Magnesium, which promote Melatonin production in our body, helping me to get deep sleep. Third, the product contains all the instructions on the packaging itself, which guided me better on the usage and storage. Fourth, the packaging it came in was nicely packed and sealed. mai ek sath 3 tablet kha raha tha. Multivitamin, Ashwagandha and biotin 2 montn se mere baal tutna bilkul band ho gaye hai, Ashwagandha khatm ho gayi hai. Lekin abhi bhi multivitamin or biotin mai daily kha raha hu ??

I have purchased this supplement during my fatloss journey , as during fat loss caloric deficit is mandatory , I used this supplement so that there would no deficiency of micro nutrients . Its results are just awesome but if you take it in fasted mode ,there would be cramps in your stomach its suggested to take it with your first meal. Overall I recommend this product to buy but use it with your physician consultancy.
