Our doctor recommended that my parents, who are aging and consume their basic normal diet, boost their protein consumption to prevent hair loss, back issues, and skin issues, and age well. I called for Green Protein in the hopes that it would be palatable, and it was unlike other protein drinks I've tried. They don't take it as a protein shake; instead, they drink it like juice. Disadvantages

I have had many plant proteins in the past but this one was the worst experience. Bad chalky taste, does not mix well even with cold water. And most importantly their customer service is pathetic. I requested for a return but they denied stating some policy and then started talking rudely and stopped responding. Not the customer experience that I had imagined.

As soon as I started working 9 to 5 every day, my eating habits were completely altered. I ordered lunch every day and ate primarily whatever was convenient. I've started bringing Green Protein with me to work, and I consume it between breakfast and lunch. Since I get my daily serving of protein and don't wind up nibbling on unhealthy foods, I feel more energized and healthy. It's extremely convenient to carry and keep in your bag. It mixes easily and tastes good as well! It is slightly expensive for me but I would rather spend a little more and consume high-quality food!
