I would definitely recommend it as it has great taste, desolves quickly in water though I use blender but still.. I don't feel empty after drinking it. tried all 6 flavors and all are nice. Earlier tried fruit variants but did not find that tasty. But this one is awesome in taste.

The first time I tried this, I almost gagged . I thought that maybe if I tried a few more times, I would get used to it. But nope. Still as terrible and chalky in taste as the first time. I've tried mixing it in plenty of ice cold water and even added a bit of sugar to mask the taste, but didn't make a difference. And the taste isn't the worst part. I've never had any trouble with whey protein but this one just doesn't go well with my stomach. To top it off, it's sweetened with sucralose and not stevia, so definitely not a good choice in the long run. Throwing the rest of the packets away and will NOT be buying again. Even if it's not that great, Foodstrong's plant protein is far more palatable than this.

I just wanted to highlight the fact that I use this protein for my hair strengthening and not just for my body. I’ve been using it for months and I am afraid to drop it as it has worked so well for me, my hair fall has reduced 90% and my hair looks healthy now. Product is being marketed as a tasty protein shake but taste is not good at all. I’ve tried all it flavours and I can’t pick one flavour which taste the worse. Having this protein shake is the biggest struggle I’m dealing with daily.
