The item is very helpful and tasty.We(me ,my mom and dad) can consume it on its own ,but my uncle has problem with taste. For such cases I suggest you don't take it simply with water or milk but try putting in other items.I put it while making COFFEE(1 tbsp Ensure Diabetic care+1tbsp coffee+any powdered non sugar sweetner as/ if required and of course liquid milk/milk+water of any ratio you like).MUESLI(40grm/as u may)+1~2 spoons of Ensure & milk(I personally use with TRUE ELEMENTS NO ADDED SUGAR MUESLI,WHICH HAS TONS OF VARIETIES OF INGRADIENTS/YOU CAN USE EITH THE NO ADDED SUGAR CHOCOLATE GRANOLA, BOTH ARE AMAZING WITH ENSURE DIABETIC CARE).
