Advantages

Does the job but the gum is much better as you have to chew and it lasts a while. With mints you tend to eat much more then you need as you forget they are nicotine mints. Ultimately leading you taking more then you would.I think this is good for people who can not chew gum and they really need to beware of the dosage they take as easily it can get out of hand.

I alternate between this and the gum because the latter involves chewing which isnt healthy for the stomach long term. Im baffled by some of the reviews here- yes it dissolves quickly but not if you keep it at the side of your mouth. Also Its a cessation tool, not a substitute for smoking! I use it in times of intense cravings and it works. Ofcourse willpower is equally important here. Its been 10 days now and I used to smoke 6-10 a day before that. If you really want a consistent flow of nicotine, try the patch. This works as a great craving-nullifier. Yes, it definitely couldve been cheaper.

Advantages

It's a good item only for reducing the number of cigarettes per day. You'll still feel the craving , but you'll have to subdue it. It takes a lot of courage for taking the initiative for quitting smoking. If anyone who's buying this, congratulations to you for taking the right decision . I hope you'll be able to quit smoking within 3 months .
