I always have supplements stocked in the house. Centrum is obviously one of the nicest brands for healthcare stuff and this is the 4th or 5th variant I’m trying from this brand. Have known Centrum as a brand for many years. It was even prescribed by Doctors when I went to US. But untill now the pricing was quite prohibitive in India, due it being imported. Now Centrum is officially in India and it has been tuned for our RDAs, which makes it even better. It comes with R&D and legacy of scientific rigour from Haleon /GSK.Just check the reviews Silkrute. com and you will know, how good the legacy and product is. Ofcourse se I am satisfied too.

Most important is how many vitamins and minerals are in in RIGHT proportion and how those have been extracted and processed so that those get EFFECTIVLY get assimilated and are able to break GUT BRAIN axis. Which gives health benefit to mental issues also. There is one Brand EMPower plus TM Q 96 who have done tremendous reserch on this. Hope known companies look into this and make such quality availble in India.Detail knowledge about vitamin source. Right proportion. Process etc should be explained to customer. Also use of each constituent in health.
