My parents during their time in US used to take Centrum multivitamins. However, after moving to India we used to find it difficult finding it. It was such a relief knowing that this brand has been finally launched here as well.Centrum Adults 50+ is one of the only product that I could find that is appropriate for seniors. I don’t have to think twice before buying a supplement for my parents anymore on whether all ingredients would be suitable for them or not. It has taken care of all. Also it is vegetarian, which is an important factor for my parents.Overall the product is good. It comes in a compact silver bottle that they can carry whenever travelling and is hard to miss out. Was looking for multivitamin tablets for my mom and one of my friend recommended centrum and the reviews where good too .. My mom have been taking these tablets for sometime now and I'm quite satisfied with the results. The best part is that the product is gluten free by nature and hundred percent vegetarian. The tablets are easy to swallow for the elderly and has the goodness of all the essential vitamins and minerals required by the body at this age, including calcium and D3 for stronger bones and joints along with boswellia serrata extract for strengthening the immune system.My mom usually take one tablet each day every morning after breakfast for better absorption of the vitamins and minerals in the body.
