There are not a lot of good options for prenatal vitamins and I bought this product out of desperation. I suffered from stress and extreme fatigue during first trimester.Got it because I didn’t want to have multiple pills of omega and multivitamins.Initially, it hated it due to fishy burps and then I started taking it with my lunch which reduced a burps to a great extent. Even with the doctor prescribed generic iron and calcium supplements, I was low on iron. After taking this prenatal, my anemia improved and the baby is thriving.I try to check for other prenatals but keep coming back to this one. It is helping me tremendously even in my third trimester.

Not sure about efficacy as it’s only few days but the pill is way way too big and difficult to swallow. I realised the size of the pill only once I opened the bottle so couldn’t return it.I would recommend to find a different brand in this case
