Its Ingredients calcium , zinc Vitamins and Proteins combination is really Good for pregnant and even after delivery. I would say value for Money and safe to use. I consulted my Doctor its good to GO. I would recommend before u start consuming, Please consult your doctor as you may be consuming some calcium tablets in other forms. I would say Its very good for mother and Baby's Growth.
