Been taking it for the past 2 months now and I can totally feel the difference. The iron absorption causes some constipation issues (which is totally normal, Iron supplements tend to do that) but that can be fixed with choosing the proper time of intake and drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Good quality product. Value for money??.
