For peopl who have hot flushes, pls remember thats what a preworkout does. So consume less initially and then increase. The taste is decent. I try to mix it with soda and I feel it good. I don’t feel jittery with this as caffeine is less in this. Over all an amazing product for beginners

When I 1st have this after 5 mins my whole body felt like it was burning which sensation gradually subsided by its own.. there was redness all over body starting from head.. but no visible wheezes or rashes.. again 2nd time its felt same...Was it some kind of anaphylaxis or reaction..Or it happens to all also..?Kindly give an urgent reply...I am nottaking it till then...
