I love it. It gave me great energy and pumps but yes, you will get itching but that's perfectly fine because such huge level of pump automatically increase your blood pressure.Advice- don't use it if you are not about to do intense workout. You simply can't digest it without intense workout.

It's a little light pre-workout. Not very strong in one scoop. Two scoops will be good for medium level gym goer.But I got it for 349, 17 servings, it's fine as per that price.Got the sex on the beach flavour, not too bad. Nice.
