I was a bit sceptical of purchasing this protein brand as a lot of reviewers on youtube have stated that the protein content is very low and nowhere near the claim of 24gms/100gms. However, I have tried proteins that were rated better but either taste disgusting or do not dissolve well. I feel that for those of us on a budget this is a great purchase - for one thing the flavour is incredible and it dissolves well. You may find it sweet and I’m sure the firm uses a higher sugar content in their formulation but if you are not aiming at competitive bodybuilding and are looking for improving your recovery post workout without breaking your bank, then go for this with your eyes closed.

Best Whey for beginners Have ordered 5 times till now no side effects. Results are good but for beginner level only. Mixability is also good, flavour is amazing. Muscle growth is pretty decent depends on your diet and workout. Would suggest not to have this with milk. With milk it was not suiting me but you can try as every body reacts differently to whey. Go for it if you are low on budget for protein this really helps but for advance muscle growth you need to mix good amount of diet along with whey to maximize your muscle gain. I would suggest order only from Prime Amazon account as this secure your product credibility. You can directly scan the product and check from bigmuscle website for product authenticity. You can trust on this review as I was too sceptical to order this looking at the price but it came out really good for the price given. If you are taking 1 scoop a day this will last around 15-20 days, if you are taking 2 scoops a day thn it will last for 10Days only.

I was pissed to not look at the scoop size and buy it.. So the protein quantity is based on the big 40g scoop.. Flavour is awesome, found it quite enjoyable and wanting for more.. Its totally not for someone trying to loose.. sure its 1 kg but you have to consume more off that 40g of scoop to get to that much protein.. Great marketing strategy though.. QUALITY: Yes the all products of Bigmuscles are genuine, they give the unique scratch codes at the top of the lid as well.. They work and they're good.. I've been using their products since a year now.. it has became a big brand after since and ive only seen the prices go up only, though the celebrity endorsements explains that.. But still I'm not gonna repeat the same mistake of not looking at the scoop size ever again

The taste and mixability is just fine but if you would look at the carbohydrates level and the % of protein it contains/Scoop is 50% If you're getting it around 1k then it will only last for 20 days considering you're taking one scoop/day. If you want lean muscle mass/trying to lose weight better go for products around 1.2k-.1.7k their services is about 30-34gm for 24g of Protein which would definately last for about a month with yes better protein quality and low carbs & NO maltodextrin. Hoping this would help.

I have tried several proteins during my fitness journey, due to some reason I have low budget and been looking for some protein for several days and then I found this product. I was hesitates at first because no company offer protein in this budget range, well I bought malai kulfi flavour and beleive me it taste heavenly amazing. The taste and mixibility was awesome. This is a great protein in Budget range and for beginners, it's good to go, this is not a paid promotion, this is just what I experienced today, the taste is flawlesss and gonna order different one for sure. For those people who are saying it not affected, I wanted to say that in one or two month u can't expect result and results are expected through diet not just protein, I have taken so many proteins and I cannot blame any for not giving me results, it's totally up to you how you fulfil your protein intake. Although go for the product

I bought this recently. It works but instead of going for Dutch Chocolate, go for other flavors as it tastes more of a cocoa powder (it's in the ingredient as well). I am 16 and this is good for muscle building. But I'd rather prefer to buy in a store or through your gym as in Amazon it can be fake as well. Well overall it's good.

I have consumed 1kg of it and here is my review. This protein doesn't feel like it has 24 gram protein per serving if you see other brands in this price range ..also the taste is bit sweeter which I don't like...feel like I'm having milk powder also it didn't make any significant change although I work out daily..but it's easy to dissolve..so giving it 3.5

Seeing such a low price, i bought the thing straight off and as soon as i got it and realised my mistake, i tried returning it but couldn't. Amazon says it's returnable but they referred me to the bigmuscles email and long story short, i got bagged. The first thing i noticed was the scoop size. Its 48g! When i compared the scoop provided in the box with a normal 30g scoop i had from my previous stock of whey, the difference was massive. And when you put 48g of this absolutely horrible powder into the shaker, it doesn't even have much space left for water. But this is not even the worst part. Get this, the bigger scoop size gets you even less protein ! The company claims 24g per scoop(48g) which is already pretty low considering the scoop size, it actually gives you just 19g. Some guy had the test done for this and posted the review. Adding to the already horrible experience, this thing tastes awful too. It's too sweet and the texture is so bad. I'm not even exaggerating, the first time i had this, i almost puked. I hope you don't meet the same fate i did. Edit - the actual scoop size is 78g !
