Please don't buy this product this is not a whey protein this is mass gainer the company is scamming all of us it's 1 scoop is of 48 grams which contains 24 gram protein if you take 2 scoop per day this will end in the time period of 10 days . Generaly a whey protein has a scoop of 20 to 25 grams and it contains 24 gram of protein but this whey protein has more ammount of carbohydrates then protein please don't buy it if you want a genuine whey protein. They just has labelled it as whey Protein but it is mass gainer in general.

This is my 5th order of essential whey good product in price of 975rs chocolate flavor is awesome. I tried other flavors also but don't like it. Scoop is bigger compared to others. Results are slow compared to others but it's best for bigginer and who don't have budget to buy whey protein.

Taste is decent, but there are two things to worry about that are used in this protein powder: 1. Sucralose as sweetner (ins 955) - known as carcinogen but still widely used. 2. Maltodextrin: Well known blood sugar spiker, totally unhealthy in long and short term.
