Flavour is excellent But cant take more than one scoop .. if I take 2 scoops .. I start to poop more than 3 times ????..And body temperature is getting high I have got some heat bubbles .. Chill person can use it ?? I am not a chill one so it stopped using it after getting this heating issues

I hate sweets since I am a fitness enthusiast. I have been doing workout and yoga at home since years . I have two sets of dumbbells and a curve rod . With these simple equipments plus bodyweight exercises I have been able to grow myself into a eye-catching figure. I take eggs 5/8 everyday . I ate homemade foods only and hate eating outside. For the first time I have bought this product and I swear this will be the last . It's so sweet that contuned using it will spike the blood sugar level though company claims it sugar free. It is much good in flavour and protein intakee but it's quantity is soo low i don't think so it weighs 1 kg,cause its in a form of powder and that too half of the box so how can anyone think it of 1 kg.. Everything is good abt that Not satisfied only abt the quantity

1. Texture - its granular not powered form, it will taste little different. 2. Mixability - need to shake more for better mixing of powder with water. I had to spend close to 3 to 4 minutes additional time. 3. Taste - Skip coffee flavour it’s too bitter. Suggest go for vanilla or chocolate. 4. Performance- today was first day will edit after 21 days of using. But I’m sure it will not give great result. 5. Price - Got this for 800 rs compared with quality price is ok. 6. Scoop - Scoop is 48 gm and protein is 24g which is such a bad ratio. Final Verdict - Skip.

If you have tried real protein powder and left in your shaker for some time, you would get that slight smell of spoilt milk which this didnt have, kind of weird. Each serving was really big for the amount of protein the packaging says, lots of calories. The taste was mid. But what could u expect for 900 bucks.

What I noticed is - I don't get the same intensity of post workout muscle soreness even with raised intensity of exercise. So I think it's working well in terms of recovery etc. Works for me! Only negative - cafe latte flavor is insanely sweet tasting and distinct bitter aftertaste of coffee flavor is there. This can be better balanced. Recommended to buy
