I have tried a lot of protein supplements from asitis to ONN, but this was the worst. This doesn’t have that consistency similar to other protein powders. Even raw concentrate of asitsis felt better when mixed with water.I bought this as it was on sale and i wanted an isolate this time. Currently using it by mixing it with other protein powder(nutrabay whey).I won’t recommend this, don’t go by price.

Let me tell you about it's performance after a month consuming it,if you have low budget like for this Protein and can not afford more,then I would suggest go for eggs,you are not going to gain from big muscle products, because they are cheap I have purchased but now I got to know that why other Protein are costly than this big muscle.Protein content is not like they claims.I would suggest that at this price go for eggs they will give best results.If you have no budget problem go for trusted protein powder.Do not make your body in danger just because there products are cheap.Hope intelligent ones got it.
