Fully tamperedVery difficult to mix, how much ever you try to mix, there will be thick portions without dissolving.Taste is not good (can vary depending on people)Had bloating and stomach disturbance.Not at all recommended

Love it...it's perfect for beginners and it's within the price range...it's unflavored so it doesn't make u fart and digestion is butter so definitely recommend it..way better than any other expensive wheys ...and it's price is low so if u think it has a low protein for scoop then simply buy 2 of em and use 2 scoops instead of 1 ...and the funny thing is its price will still be same ... compared to on 2kg or even BM's gold whey ..u will get almost 2 times as protein in almost same price
