Have tried various pre workouts but unfortunately very few have the right dose of ingredients required for an effective boost. This time I thought i’ll take separate ingredients and this was one of them. I had taken Unived Caffeine tablets at first. Although the energy it provided was tremendous but i felt that it didn’t quite help on the oxygen supply to muscles. Later that day I ordered Asitis Citrulline to couple it with my caffeine. Most of the other brands only sell Citrulline Maltate form. However research has shown only L-Citrulline to be effective. I took 4 gms of Asitis Citrulline 30 mins before workout and Unived Caffeine tablet 10 mins before workout and hell yeah!!! The workout was awesome. Pure clean energy with adequate pump and good oxygen supply to muscles. In my opinion instead of taking fancy pre workouts which are underdosed, one can take the following separate ingredients which are also cost effective. i.e 30+ servings will cost max Rs.600 For Pump and Energy boost: L-Citrulline - 3 to 6 gms Caffeine - 200 mg Can add following if required for workouts lasting more than 90 mins: Beta Alanine - 3 gms Creatine - 5gm People who have given negative reviews seem to have not quite understood how L-Citrulline works. You should try the above combination and u won’t be disappointed.

First Pack feedback below If you want an Incredible pump in the Gym or Workout blindly go for it, hope they dont reduce the Quality, take it 30-40 minutes before a workout, Awesome Product Second time Order Zero consistency whatsover, why do these Indian companies dont have any standards in manufacturing, no pump, nothing, the first pack was so damn good, this one nothing, no pump, and over that fatigue allways, Horrible

Just two days but felt good stamina in gym too early to say so will update after one month. Pakaging good , have 5 gm spoon. I wish they have making of gram on them as on non gym day would like to take half quantity.

It is definitely value for money as compared to other citrulline brands, but it doesn't seem to have the same effect as others. Classic case of you get what you pay for. I add it to my coffee and it just feels like its underdosed with some fillers, when compared to other brands.

It smells like sperm but effects are good... Mixibility in plain water is not good but if mix with protein shake it mixed very well, maybe my protien shake has mixing agents in it... U can mix in cold water and add some lemon juice for better flavour I have a high body fat but i can see visible changes... One scoop contains 5 gram... Take 5gm or less if u r a beginner but if u do 2hour plus workout and hard workout then take 7-10grams 30-40mins before workout... Don't take much in the evening.. U will be not able to sleep because u will feel High... U won't feel tired after taking this supplement
